Christmas charity 2024 in lieu of Christmas Cards

It’s that time of year again where we ask a staff member to choose a charity for TrailerTrans to support with a donation in lieu of Christmas cards.

This year the charity has been chosen by a member of our sales & forwarding department Laura Sutherland. Laura has been a member of the TrailerTrans team for more than 5 years, supporting our general forwarding and sales, which includes since Brexit a large proportion of customs clearances.  Laura has chosen Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance.

Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance have celebrated their 30th year, after inception in 1994. Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance are a team of doctors and paramedics who carry life-saving equipment on board their helicopters and critical care cars which means they take emergency departments directly to the scene of some of the most serious incidences in Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire. Their crews work closely with the ambulance service, first responders, Police, Fire & Rescue and other emergency services such as HM Coastguard.
